Pre/Postnatal Coaching
As a new mum to my baby girl, Aréya, I know firsthand how much your body changes during pregnancy and the postpartum period. While adjusting to sleepless nights, new routines, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with motherhood, finding time to prioritize your health can feel impossible. But it’s also one of the most important things you can do—for yourself and your baby.
Along with being pre/postnatal certified, my personal experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery has given me a deeper understanding of the physical challenges you may face, whether it’s dealing with back pain, pelvic floor issues, or finding the balance between your new responsibilities and your fitness goals. I also know how beneficial it is to have a coach who understands these struggles and who can help guide you safely through this beautiful, but often difficult, stage of life.
